We provide expert curation of PGx genes, variants, drugs, and gene–drug relationships, plus guidelines and tools that make PGx accessible, understandable, and actionable in clinical practice. This resource is formed from the NIH-funded PharmGKB, CPIC and PharmCAT projects, with additional content, features and tools.
